At Dirty Hands, we are one unit, acting on behalf of one another and the brands we represent. We serve our stores, communities, brands, and most importantly, each other, with smiles on our faces and shovels in our hands.

We take only what we have earned and we actively search for opportunities to get down into the trenches where the work is the hardest. We do all things with a palpable love and a passion for not only what we do, but how we do it. Grit and heart are at the core of who we are.

Brittany Bader | Regional Channel Manager

Why did you join and why have you stayed at Dirty Hands?

The people! I have never worked with a more devoted & honorable group of people. They make me want to be a better person and a stronger leader everyday.

I love building brands and building people. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a business or a person overcome something with support and collaboration. Dirty Hands is a special place where if you want to work hard, be vulnerable, authentic, and part of building something, you are never dissatisfied.

Why did you join and why have you stayed at Dirty Hands?

I joined this company initially because of its close-knit family atmosphere, but what made me stay is the incredible company culture they've cultivated. The founders have built a company where everyone truly shares in the journey.

We not only champion our brands but also prioritize the success of the retailers we partner with, which has led to remarkable achievements for both emerging and well-established brands nationwide. What's even more gratifying is the genuine care and admiration our leadership demonstrates for their team members.

Company Engagement Opportunities

Holiday Help Week

Every year during our Holiday Help Weeks, it’s all hands on deck!  All Team Members, including leaders, head to stores to assist our retail partners during the hectic holiday shopping periods. This initiative serves as a  gesture of gratitude, emphasizing our commitment to our retailers and demonstrating our appreciation.
