Launching coast-to-coast
for the first time MEANS

everything has to go right.

Ayoh! Foods turned to Dirty Hands to make sure their product got stocked, their displays got built, and their brand gained the visibility
and momentum they needed to succeed.

IT WAS ALL RIDING ON DAY ONE

First national launches don't come with second chances. Ayoh! Foods had secured shelf space across hundreds of stores, but shelf space means nothing if the product never makes it out of the back room.
Out-of-stock rates on new items typically spike in the first months as reorder rhythms are established and demand is unpredictable. Between the stores juggling competing priorities and the inevitable data issues that crop up during any rollout, there were countless ways for things to go wrong. The window to build momentum was narrow, and every day without proper execution was a day of lost sales and missed opportunity.

HOW WE DELIVERED

Our field team made sure Ayoh! Foods' launch actually happened the way it was supposed to. We got product from back rooms to shelves, built the displays that might have sat unpacked, and secured additional secondary placements to drive visibility. Through consistent, proactive field coverage week over week, we added 981 facings and kept their out-of-stock rates below 2% across all six regions, even during the critical first months when most launches see OOS spikes. When issues came up, we escalated them immediately to the Ayoh! team and solved them on the ground before they could derail the launch.

THE LAUNCH
BY THE NUMBERS

The success of the Whole Foods Market launch proved our impact. Ayoh! Foods expanded into additional natural channels and brought us on to support their conventional retail expansion.
